  • Customization: In some cases, SimplifiedIQ may offer customized pricing options to meet the specific requirements of larger educational institutions. Customization may include tailored features, data limits, and support options.

Billing Cycle

  • Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan chosen. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Customization Billing: For customized plans, billing cycles may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Methods

  • Accepted Payment Methods: SimplifiedIQ accepts payment through major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as agreed upon in the custom plan arrangements.
  • Billing Currency: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified.

Automatic Renewal

Subscription Renewal: All subscription plans are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. To prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Changes to Pricing and Plans

  • Pricing Changes: SimplifiedIQ reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to subscribers at least 30 days in advance.
  • Plan Changes: Subscribers may change their plan at any time. Plan changes may result in a pro-rated charge or credit based on the plan’s pricing and billing cycle.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Subscription Cancellation: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
  • Refunds: SimplifiedIQ does not provide refunds for subscription fees or customization charges. However, if you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our support team via email for resolution.

Delinquent Accounts

  • Account Suspension: Accounts with outstanding balances may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
  • Data Retention: Data associated with delinquent accounts may be retained for a limited period. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to settle outstanding balances to regain access to their data.
